Model TR50H CNC Horizontal Roll Bender, Standard Equipment:

  • Microprocessor controlled CNC 2-axis drive system with closed-loop feedback                                     
  • Programmable with forward and reverse
  • Programmable hydraulic ram that allows for multiple-radius bending, CCW direction
  • Five rolls are powered for maximum transfer contact (7 roll dies total)
  • Control with LCD and keypad for user interface – 100 part program storage
  • Linear ball bearings guide the center roll die
  • Heavy-duty roller bearings guide all three spindles
  • Stout steel frame constructed of 3 x 3 x ¼ wall tubing
  • NEMA enclosure used to contain all electrical components
  • Safety guard(s) with machine interlocks
  • Operator’s manual in pdf format on flash drive
  • Pre-bend powered feed rolls with leading edge locator – automatically advances material and locates starting end of the tube

Options Available
  • Add Tooling: One (1) set of dies per cross-section
  • Add Support Table Set: Supports material prior to bending and/or material after bending. Two (2) support tables included (18” wide x 82” long)       
  • Post-bend Dynamic Support: Holds pressure on the port-bent material while bending a constant radius; used to control a large sweeping radius
  • Post Bend Support Die: One (1) die required for each diameter                                    
  • CW/CCW Bending: Allows for bending CW or CCW, often used to form coils.  Can also be used to form extrusions with leg in or leg out using the same tool set.  PC & PC interface included                                    
  • Bundle Loader: Used to automatically feed straight lengths of tubing into the roll bender                                                                                                    
  • Weld Seam Detector: Used to clock weld seam prior to bending; consult factory for details on weld seam detection type
