Swaging Machine to Preset Ferrules Onto Tubing | Model PS20

Product Description

The PS20 is a bench mounted swaging machine designed to preset ferrules onto a single piece of tubing.  The swager makes use of a concentric guided motion that draws down on the nut forcing the ferrule(s) into the presetting body.  The system uses the presetting body from the manufacturer of the ferrules.  Each preset body comes with a build-in hard stop that sets the depth so that each crimp is consistent …part to part and lot to lot.

Standard Features:

  • All pneumatic device most often used to preset ferrules onto a stainless steel tube
  • Interchangeable tooling allows for manufacturing  flexibility
  • A hard stop prevents the system from over crimping a ferrule assembly
  • Consistent presetting – hour after hour, day after day

  • Bench mounted
  • Change over from one size to another in  < 30 seconds
