He shares our value of treating customers as we would want to be treated,” said Winton Machine CEO, Lisa Winton.

As a car enthusiast with a love for all things mechanical, I had no doubt that he could learn Winton’s wide range of machinery. His personality and desire to continue to hone his technical skills while helping customers and fellow team members made him an ideal fit for Winton’s culture and Core Values.”

“When Rajab [Aghasharif] reached out to me on LinkedIn and we were able to have a conversation about the opportunity at Winton Machine, I became very interested in learning more. While I was not actively looking to make a career change, once I was able to visit the factory and see the quality and expertise that goes into every machine they design and build, I was so impressed. I knew I’d found a great company,” shared Anderson. “It’s a privilege to work for a US manufacturer where there are no cutting corners and customers can rely on our customer support team of technical experts based here in Georgia.”
