Winton Machine Company Hires Chief Operations Officer to Implement New ERP System for Enhanced Business Efficiencies and Improved Order Fulfillment Timing
Metro Atlanta, March 2, 2023 – Winton Machine Company is pleased to announce Charles “Charlie” M. Fogarty, MBA, MHM, joined the leadership team as COO in the fall of 2022.
Fogarty brings over two decades of experience in operations management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, innovation and diverse leadership skills. His short-term goals include enhancing Winton Machine’s overall operations management to mitigate supply chain issues and improve efficiencies. He is overseeing the implementation of a new ERP system which will be utilized to further enhance business efficiencies and improve order fulfillment timelines.
As a self-proclaimed “hands-on” manager-engineer, Fogarty has a proven track record of positive business outcomes in technical service, construction, pharmaceutical, aerospace-DOD and most recently consumer products. To contribute to Winton Machine’s long-term growth plans, Fogarty explained, “I look forward to helping Winton Machine build on their success and exceptional customer service and support. As a team, we’ll Implement processes, procedures and technology required to be a leader in tube and coaxial fabricating machines and systems.”

Fogarty holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Technology with a minor in Industrial Engineering.
