Bench Mounted Automatic Crimping & Pre-Swaging Machine For Tube Fabrication
The PS20 is a bench-mounted high volume swaging machine designed to preset ferrules onto a single piece of tubing. Winton Machine’s swagers allow your operation to drastically reduce cycles, saving time and increasing safety.
The swager makes use of a concentric guided motion that draws down on the nut forcing the ferrule(s) into the presetting body. Each preset body comes with a build-in hard stop that sets the depth so that each crimp is consistent, part to part and lot to lot.
