RD20 CNC Tube Bender | Winton Machine

Now available with enhanced speed and precision Winton’s newest Generation 2 CNC Tube Bender designed and manufactured in the USA.

Our new 3D Simulation/Collision Detection software feature will:

  • Allow you to see the tube bending process prior to bending on the machine.
  • Show you the real time tube bending process (cycle time)
  • Alert if the bent profile has an interference with the machine.

To keep programming of new parts down to a minimum, this CNC tube bender can be linked directly to engineering. Engineering can download a CAD generated STEP file of the bent tube right into the cell’s controller. This helps cut down on programming time and programming errors. The controller reads the STEP file and extracts the LRA (YBC) bender data as well as the parts cut length. The cut length is sent to the CNC cutoff machine and the LRA bender data is sent to the CNC tube bending machine. It’s that simple.

Winton Machine’s RD20 CNC tube bender is a fast 3 axis CNC tube bending machine designed for reducing the time it takes to make bent parts. Controlled by a Windows-based interface platform, add a Loader or Unloader to this tube bender to reduce your labor costs. A standard on board diagnostic system shows the status of all digital inputs and outputs.

Collision Detection & Bend Simulation Software

Winton Machine’s new Collision Detection Software utilizes advanced 3D modeling and real-time motion simulation to prevent costly crashes during CNC tube bending, allowing users to visualize the bending process before it occurs on the machine. The software displays the real-time bending process (cycle time) and alerts the user if the bent profile interferes with the machine.

This process improves repeatability, eliminates rework, and protects your capital equipment investment.
