Now available with enhanced speed and precision Winton’s newest Generation 2 CNC Tube Bender designed and manufactured in the USA.
This 20mm PLC-controlled 3-axis CNC tube and pipe bender has a PC interface capable of producing precise mandrel bends.
Key programming inputs include:
- Distance between bends
- Plane rotation between bends
- Bend angles
Once programmed, simply load the tube, press start, and this compact CNC tube bender handles the rest.
Our new 3D Simulation/Collision Detection software feature will:
- Allow you to see the tube bending process prior to bending on the machine.
- Show you the real time tube bending process (cycle time)
- Alert if the bent profile has an interference with the machine.
All three motion axes feature closed-loop feedback for outstanding repeatability and accuracy.

Collision Detection & Bend Simulation Software
Winton Machine’s new Collision Detection Software utilizes advanced 3D modeling and real-time motion simulation to prevent costly crashes during CNC tube bending, allowing users to visualize the bending process before it occurs on the machine. The software displays the real-time bending process (cycle time) and alerts the user if the bent profile interferes with the machine.
This process improves repeatability, eliminates rework, and protects your capital equipment investment.
- Automatically simulates every bend before production begins.
- Detects potential interference between tooling, carriage, and tube geometry.
- Supports multi-stack bending setups.
- Reduces setup time and operator trial/error adjustments.
- Improves first-part accuracy and short-run profitability.
