AM75 Digital Bend Angle Measuring Machine

Model #: 21286

Measuring Bend Angles for Tube Bending & Fabrication Machines

The AM75 digital protractor uses two arms to measure a bend angle. One arm is fixed and the other arm (dynamic) has two axis of motion. The dynamic arm has both rotational and linear motion. The rotational motion is guided by sealed roller bearings and the linear motion is guided by a linear ball bearing. These combined motions allow the AM75 digital protractor to move quickly from one bend configuration to another while at the same time providing sensitivity for accurate measuring. Patent Pending.

All digital protractors are designed and tested in house.  We use standard purchased components to build every digital protractor.  We at Winton are proud of the quality of every protractor sold.  Please, call us today and ask how the quality of the bend angle measurements our machines provide will translate into quality bent tubing on your shop floor.  The AM75 is a digital protractor designed to measure the bend angle of numerous bent tube configuration. The digital protractor’s measuring range is from 0 to 360 degrees in increments of 0.1 degrees. The AM75 protractor uses a high-resolution encoder to ensure the repeatability of bend angle measurements. The digital readout, displayed in large numerals, updates continuously to show the real-time bend angle.

Winton Machine USA's AM75 digital protractor is used to measure the bend angle of copper & aluminum tubing, coaxial cable, & sheetmetal.
