Winton’s Model RD15 CNC is a fast all electric CNC rotary draw tube bender with a small manufacturing footprint allowing you to maximize your production $/sq. ft. It’s Robo flex carriage can accommodate numerous tube diameters for one collet. Flexibility is evident as the collets can support an end form allowing the user to bend after a tube has been end formed. The bender has an optional mandrel extractor allowing the user to produce tight radius bends. The Soft clamp option can detect an unexpected obstruction when clamping the tube. In a high turnover environment this can be essential. Adding the drill attachment is another way to further automate your tubular part production saving time and money. There are a multitude of automation and software options that you can add. We’ll make the process as seamless as possible within your budget. Bending tubing up to 15mm this machine bends stainless, copper, steel, and aluminum tubing. Collision Detection & Bend Simulation Software
Winton Machine’s new Collision Detection Software utilizes advanced 3D modeling and real-time motion simulation to prevent costly crashes during CNC tube bending, allowing users to visualize the bending process before it occurs on the machine. The software displays the real-time bending process (cycle time) and alerts the user if the bent profile interferes with the machine.
This process improves repeatability, eliminates rework, and protects your capital equipment investment.
