Suwanee, Georgia – October 3, 2017 – Winton Machine is privileged to be working with AllCore360 on the design, engineering and manufacturing of their flagship AllCore360° Core Therapy and Training System™.

AllCore360° Inventor Scott Bertrand says, “We were not only looking for a dependable manufacturing resource to produce the machines, we were looking for a partner that would work hand in hand with us to develop significant engineering improvements. Our goals were to enhance the rider experience while improving the manufacturing and delivery processes.  We also wanted to keep the manufacturing local and we are proud to manufacture our product in the USA.” Winton was selected based on all their criteria.

In a collaborative effort, the Winton and AllCore360° teams were able to make significant improvements in a relatively short time. The newest models include:

  • a compact mechanical design reducing the footprint needed to operate the machine;
  • a new electrical system creating a quieter ride;
  • and new software including a user interface that makes the machine simple to operate.

The AllCore360° Core Therapy and Training System is manufactured at Winton’s Suwanee, Georgia facility and all the tubing is bent on a Winton CNC Rotary Draw Tube Bending machine.

Winton Machine’s Chief Engineer George Winton said, “Working on this rehab/fitness system has been a unique experience for Winton since we get to actually see how the therapy and training helps individuals build core strength for balance and stability.” He added, “There’s a great deal of satisfaction and pride when your work helps a person gain a better quality of life or reach a higher athletic performance.”

The AllCore360° system will be on exhibit in Winton Machine’s Booth #B15006 at FABTECH 2017, November 6 – 9, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois.
