High volume production is the name of the game when it comes to bending copper for refrigeration applications. This is where Winton has been successful providing equipment to cut, bend, and end form tubing to OEMs all around the world.
The spectrum of fabrication equipment has ranged from simple CNC tube benders to high volume transfer machines used to impart several operations on a single work piece in just a few seconds. Another market served in copper tube bending has involved providing CNC equipment to form
serpentne bends. Bending long flat coils is most important for efficient heat transfer. This is where Winton's equipment shines. There are numerous manufacturers trying to sell serpentine tube benders. Most tube bending machines can make a good bend. Not all can support the post bent material and thus prevent it from bending in the wrong places. Give us a call with your tube fabrication needs. You will realize our experience speaks for itself.

Heat transfer is very important in several markets including automotive, oil & gas, and heat pumps. Being able to form tubular coils quickly for each of these markets is important for keeping cost of goods sold in line.
This is where equipment built by Winton makes a difference. We build tube bending equipment to make the bends prior to coiling, the machines to form coils themselves (multi layers), and the tube benders to make the 90° bends after the coils have been formed.

Winton has been building and supplying tube fabrication equipment for over 10 years to fabricators who cut, bend, and/or end form tube & pipe. We also build and supply fabrication equipment to cut and bend coax cable.
Over the years Winton has brought cutting edge improvements to fabricators worldwide. A few examples include a digital protractor to measure bend angles, a STEP file converter that allows a CNC tube bender to read a CAD file direct from engineering, and a dual-stack split die actuator for bending extrusions.
